Intro

Anyone that knows me, knows that I have an obsession with macaroni and cheese. I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't love mac and cheese, but I can say that my love has grown into a full blown obsession over the last decade. I've eaten a lot of mac and cheese, in a lot of places and while I'm no professional food critic, I do have one very important thing: lots (and I mean LOTS) of mac and cheese eating experience. 

From this point on, every mac and cheese dish I eat, will be documented and reviewed. I'll be using a scale of 1-10 to rate every dish, 10 being the highest score. I'll also include pictures of every dish for obvious reasons. I should also note that I'm doing this blog completely on my own free will and that it will be 100% unbiased towards any particular restaurant. I tell it like it is and leave out the bull shit. There's a reason I earned the nickname "Ice Queen" and it definitely wasn't because I sugar coat the truth. So rest assured that my reviews will be reliable and hopefully funny with a splash of sarcasm. 

My mission for this blog is simple: to document all the amazing mac and cheese I eat, and to share that experience with anyone willing to read it. I truly hope that my blog will be informative and interesting and maybe even help someone find their all-time favorite mac and cheese dish.
